Terms of purchase

When you order from DM (Dennis M AB, organization number: 556923-4999) you agree to all purchase and delivery conditions stated below.

1. Buy

A purchase has been made when you as a customer have received an order confirmation to your e-mail address. Once we have received your order, we will immediately send a verbal confirmation to your email. If there is anything you want to change in your order, you must contact us within 24 hours. To shop at DM, you must be 18 years old or have a guardian's approval.

Remember to keep your order confirmation! It is (provided that payment for the order has been made) your receipt for purchase from us.

2. Payment

We offer several different ways to pay for your products via our partner Klarna. After completing the purchase, you can choose to pay by invoice, card and direct bank payment. We have no invoice fee and you can also choose to split your payment!

3. Price

Our prices include VAT at 25%.

4. Delivery

The delivery time for our orders is normally 3-10 working days from the time the order has been placed.

ATTENTION! For goods that are not in stock, the delivery time is longer, normally about 2 weeks. Keep an eye out on the respective product page where we inform you about a possible longer delivery time.

If the delivery time is delayed for any reason, you will be notified as soon as possible.

Our deliveries are sent by Posten. The post office delivers most smaller packages to your door, but some items may end up with a postal agent. You must have your ID on hand in case the package ends up at a delivery point and needs to be picked up by you personally, so be sure to enter the correct name when ordering.

For unclaimed goods, the shipping cost + an administrative fee of SEK 349 will be charged. This fee is charged if you do not collect your package or if you provide incorrect address information which causes the package to be sent back to us. Be very careful to always enter the correct name & delivery address, you yourself are responsible if the address is incorrect and the goods do not reach you.

If you need to change your name or delivery address after your package has been sent, we can help with this for an administrative fee of SEK 349.

5. Right of withdrawal / Open purchase

According to the Distance and Home Sales Act, you as a customer of DM always have the right to withdraw from the contract by returning your goods to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. In order for you to use your right of withdrawal, you must return the item in new condition, in the original packaging with any patches and labels intact and attached to the garment. You must also send a return slip that you receive from us and print yourself. If the item is not returned in new condition, we have the right to refuse your return or make a deduction for the decrease in value of the item. When using the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the shipping costs. Your return must reach us no later than 14 from the day you notified us that you exercised your right of withdrawal.

The Swedish Consumer Agency has produced a cancellation form that you can use when you want to cancel an agreement. You will find the form here .

For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of beauty products, bikinis and underwear.

For administrative reasons, we cannot accept returns with DHL and Schenker. Please send your return via Postnord.

6. Reservations

DM reserves itself for changes in prices as a result of large price deviations from its suppliers, typos or other errors beyond DM's control. Read more about unforeseen events under Force Majeure below.

7. Delivery Delays

Sometimes delivery delays may occur. If this occurs, DM waives all responsibility for compensation to you as a customer for any damage that the delay may have caused.

8. Force Majeure

Should unforeseen events beyond DM's control occur (for example war, natural disasters, industrial action in the labor market, authority decisions and other comparable events) and these events mean that DM cannot keep its agreement with you as a customer, DM is released from this due to the above reasons.

9. The transport risk

Your order is sent as regular mail, i.e. without a tracking number. Should your package be lost or damaged during shipping to you, DM is responsible for this. In the event of a return to DM, you together with Posten are responsible for the shipping risk. If your return is not received by DM, you must pay for your order. For your safety, DM therefore recommends that returns be sent by trackable post. Upon request from DM, you must send the tracking number for the return.

10. Damaged goods

When you receive your package in the mailbox, it is important that you immediately look through it. Should the packaging and/or contents be damaged, you notify your postal center or directly to Posten. Always save the confirmation you receive that your goods are damaged. We appreciate it if you notify us as soon as possible after it has occurred, but this must be done no later than 48 hours after receiving your order.

11. Personal data

We comply with the data protection regulation GDPR. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your data in accordance with GDPR in our operations to fulfill the agreement with you. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to access the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or removed. In such cases, contact us by e-mail.

12. Customer Service

DM offers customer service via email. You can reach us via our contact form here and we respond to questions from our customers within 48 hours, usually faster than that.

13. Complaints

If you receive a defective item, you can make a complaint to us. In the event of complaints, we will replace you with a new, fault-free item. You can also choose to use the right of cancellation and make a return within 14 days of receiving your package, see point number 5 for the rules for returns. Remember that you must contact us and notify us of your complaint as soon as you discover the fault with the item and before you send it back to us.

If you intend to advertise a product that you have chosen to pay by invoice, it is important that you pay the invoice before the due date to avoid extra costs. We cannot forward invoices until a complaint case is completed.

14. Cancel an order

Our warehouse works quickly to pack all orders so that you receive your goods as quickly as possible, and therefore we cannot cancel an order after you have placed it. If you ordered something and then regret it, we recommend that you make a return.

15. Express Delivery

By purchasing express delivery for your order, your order goes ahead of all regular orders in the order queue at our packing department. Items that are in stock are shipped the same day you place your order when you order no later than 15:00 on a weekday. Goods that are not in stock and ordered with express delivery go first in the order queue, you with express delivery then get your order sent first by all customers as soon as the goods arrive in our warehouse.

Orders with express delivery are sent as Mypack Collect and are normally delivered within 1-2 working days from the day your item is sent from us. For ordered goods, the delivery time specified on the respective product page applies. Express delivery is an additional service that costs SEK 149. This cost is not refunded if you make a return on your order.

16. Gift cards

Our gift cards are digital and are sent out by email to the person who buys a gift card. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.

17. Satisfied customer guarantee

When you buy the product DM Teeth Whitening, we offer a satisfied customer guarantee, which means that you can get your money back for the product if you are not satisfied. To take advantage of your satisfied customer guarantee, you need to email before and after pictures of your teeth to us at info@dennismaglic.com. The first photo should be taken before you start and the second should be taken on the 14th day. The pictures must be taken in similar lighting conditions. After we approve the case, you can send the teeth whitening back to us for a refund. Shipping costs are not refunded. Please note that the satisfied customer guarantee must be used within 30 days of receiving the teeth whitening from us.

Fair Use Clause

In order to shop at DM, you must:

• you do not attempt to commit fraud or otherwise act with intent to violate applicable laws;

• you do not falsely pretend to be a consumer in order to shop with us;

• you do not exert undue pressure or threaten our staff in connection with purchases and returns or when contacting our customer service, and

• you have an intention to keep the products you order.

The fact that you must have an intention to keep the products you order never prevents you from regretting it afterwards. You are always entitled to your statutory right of withdrawal.

We call the points below our "Fair Use policy". Behaviors that may be considered a violation of our Fair Use Policy include, for example:

• fraudulent attempts in connection with returns, such as replacement/falsification of labels and price tags and false claims of lost products,

• falsely pretending to be a consumer in order to shop with us but then, for example, market or resell the products within the framework of a business activity,

• buying products to photograph them in business and then wrongly returning the products with reference to the right of withdrawal or open purchase that applies only to consumers,

• fraudulent attempts to obtain bonus points or by abusing discount codes, gifts and offers or encouraging/contributing to false orders to obtain compensation from us;

• attempt to improperly influence or threaten our staff to obtain an extended right of return compared to our terms of purchase or mandatory law, and

• very abnormal purchase and return behavior which shows that the customer previously had no intention of keeping ordered products.

DM has the right to refuse an order and has no obligation to enter into an agreement for sales on the Website. DM only sells to consumers and binding purchases are only entered into when you receive a final order confirmation with receipt from us.

Due to some of our customers exhibiting very abnormal purchasing behavior, DM has implemented this Fair Use Policy. The policy means that we refuse orders placed by customers where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that the customer is in violation of our Fair Use Policy due to attempted fraud in connection with purchases or returns, that the customer falsely pretends to be acting as consumer to take part in statutory rights that only apply to consumers or otherwise that the customer has no intention of keeping the products that have been ordered.

We may also refuse orders placed by customers who have previously exerted undue pressure or threatened our staff.

Our assessment of whether you violate our Fair Use Policy is based on a number of non-discriminatory criteria. These criteria take systematically deviant behavior into account. An order that is at risk of being refused due to our Fair Use policy can be identified by our staff or by an algorithm that reads abnormal patterns in our customers' purchase and return behavior. The algorithm takes into account and processes personal data in the form of purchase frequency and time of purchase, order composition, return history, as well as attempted circumvention with a false identity.

The final assessment of whether the order should be accepted or refused is always made by our staff. If your order is refused, you will be informed of this via an e-mail sent to the e-mail address you provided when placing the order.

When we have announced that we have refused you to shop with us, the decision applies to you regardless of your profile or email address. It is not permitted to attempt to circumvent this decision in any way. for example by acting in another's name.

In order to be able to offer you Klarna's payment methods, we may share your personal data in the form of contact details and order information with Klarna at checkout, so that Klarna can assess whether you can choose the payment methods, as well as to adapt them for you. Your personal data that is shared is processed according to Klarna's own data protection information .

DM applies the Act (2005:59) on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises
